About

This is our blog. We are a group of twenty-three, 4th year journalism and communication students in our final year at the National University of Rwanda. This website was created during our class, “Introduction to Documentary Film Production,” taught by documentary filmmaker, Amy Brown.

Over the course of eight weeks, we will produce seven short video documentaries. As Rwanda’s next generation of journalists and filmmakers, we have created this blog to introduce the world to our ideas, our process and the documentary videos we are producing about our country. We hope that the stories we produce will provide the world with a better understanding of the new Rwanda.
